ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ തൊഴാനെത്തുന്ന ഭക്തര്‍ ശ്രീകോവിലിന് നേരെ നടയില്‍ നിന്ന് തൊഴുതാല്‍ അറിവുള്ളവര്‍ ശാസിക്കാറുണ്ട്.

മിക്ക അമ്പലങ്ങളിലും ഇതൊഴിവാക്കാനായി വേലി കെട്ടിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് പതിവ്. നടയ്ക്കു നേരെ നില്‍ക്കാതെ ഇടത്തോ വലത്തോ നീങ്ങി ഏതാണ്ട് മുപ്പത് ഡിഗ്രി ചരിഞ്ഞ് നിന്ന് വേണം തൊഴാന്‍. ബിംബത്തില്‍ കുടികൊള്ളുന്ന കാന്തികരശ്മി അഥവാ ദേവചൈതന്യം ഭക്തനിലേക്ക് സര്‍പ്പാകൃതിയിലാണ് എത്തിച്ചേരുന്നത്. ഈ സമയം കൈകാലുകള്‍ ചേര്‍ത്ത് ഇരുകൈകളും താമരമൊട്ടുപോലെ പിടിച്ച് കണ്ണടച്ച് ധ്യാനിക്കണമെന്നാണ് വിധി. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ പരസ്പരം സ്പര്‍ശിക്കുന്ന വിരലുകള്‍ വഴി തലച്ചോറിലെ പ്രാണോര്‍ജ്ജം അതിശക്തിയായി ശരീരമാസകലം വ്യാപിക്കും.

ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ പ്രാണോര്‍ജ്ജം വ്യാപിക്കുന്ന വഴി ആചാര്യന്മാര്‍ വെളുപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പൃഥിശക്തി ചെറുവിരല്‍ വഴിയും ജലശക്തി മോതിരവിരല്‍ വഴിയും അഗ്നിശക്തി നടുവിരല്‍ വഴിയും വായുശക്തി ചൂണ്ടുവിരല്‍ വഴിയും ആകാശശക്തി പെരുവിരല്‍ വഴിയും സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. പൃഥിശക്തി ശരീരബലം നല്‍കുമ്പോള്‍ ജലശക്തിയാകട്ടെ പ്രാണവികാരബലമാണ് നല്‍കുന്നത്. അഗ്നിശക്തി മനോബുദ്ധിബലം നല്‍കുമ്പോള്‍ വായുശക്തിയാകട്ടെ ബോധബലം നല്‍കുന്നു. ആത്മബലം നല്‍കാന്‍ ആകാശശക്തി ഉപകരിക്കും

Shri Mangesh temple is a beautiful temple situated in Goa. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, distinctive with its white towers, welcoming at the entrance. It stands on atop a small hill, surrounded with lush greenery.
